Job summary

Sgt. Clean Car Wash is seeking a Team Member to provide outstanding customer service at the car wash facility in Canton, OH. You will be the company’s first impression, greet customers, and guide them to the best wash options and unlimited plans.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Training will cover wash packages, procedures, and other services, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic attitude.
• Must be reliable and value integrity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, car wash and/or automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador of first impressions and greet customers promptly.
• Advise customers on best wash options and unlimited plans.
• Maintain proficiency in wash packages and services.
• Assist in wash process as loader/sender when needed.
• Perform vacuuming, drying, window and dash cleaning.
• Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Work 30-40 hours per week as a full-time role.
