Job summary

Sgt. Clean is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service at our Massillon car wash. You will greet customers, explain wash options, and help with the wash process while keeping a clean and professional appearance.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude and reliable work ethic. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are needed, with a full-time schedule of 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic attitude and a professional appearance.
• Valid Driver's License and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, car wash and/or automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at the car wash.
• Advise on wash options, unlimited plans and specials.
• Assist in wash process as loader/sender and perform cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Meet 30-40 hours per week in a flexible schedule.
