Sweet Pea's Wash Works in White Oak, PA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant.

You will explain car wash packages to customers, assist with directing vehicles, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in a fast-paced outdoor setting. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Customer service or car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Explain car wash packages to customers and convey key differences between them
• Provide excellent customer experiences
• Safely and promptly direct vehicles onto tunnel track
• Maintain a neat and clean working area
