Job summary

Metro Express Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, guide vehicles through the wash, and explain wash options and promotions. This role emphasizes friendly, energetic, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

You will have opportunities to earn commission by helping customers select memberships or services, while keeping the location clean and welcoming. Weekend and/or evening shifts are required, and physical activity is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
• Retail or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, pivot, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work weekends and/or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a great experience from start to finish.
• Safely guide vehicles through the wash and keep traffic moving.
• Educate customers on wash options, memberships, and promotions.
• Earn commission by helping customers find the right membership or service.
