Job summary

Sgt. Clean is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service at our car wash location. You will be the first impression of the company, greet customers, explain wash options, and promote unlimited plans and specials.

Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with 30-40 hours per week. Maintain a neat appearance, stay positive, and be flexible with hours; prior sales or automotive exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic attitude with high professionalism.
• Must be reliable and value integrity.
• Sales, car wash and/or automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously on arrival.
• Explain wash options and unlimited plans to customers.
• Maintain proficiency in wash packages and services.
• Assist in the wash process as needed (loader/sender).
• Perform vehicle cleaning tasks (vacuum, dry, windows, dash).
• Work in a fun, fast-paced outdoor environment; maintain a neat appearance.
