No prior experience is required, and a 60-day structured certification program starts on day one to train you in washing, safety, and customer service across the wash, tunnel, and vacuum areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and guidance; assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area; operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage reviews; manage member accounts and inventory.
• General Duties: maintain professional conduct; open/close duties; keep tunnel and work areas clean.
