Lexus of Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Car Wash Attendant / Valet. You will greet guests, shuttle customers, prep vehicles for service, inspect for damage, and keep the lot clean while delivering luxury service. No prior experience is required—we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Transport customers when needed to and from their destination.
• Prep vehicles for service: install protective covers and ID tags.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service.
• Vacuum interiors and drive vehicles through the automatic car wash.
• Occasionally apply finishing touches like tire shine and window cleaning.
• Keep the car wash area, lot, and walkways clean and safe.
• Assist with dealership laundry and help organize supplies.
• Communicate with service advisors and fellow team members about vehicle status.

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hr starting pay - jump to $18/hr after 90 days

• Weekly pay - because we know waiting isn't fun

• Full-time hours, including Saturdays (Closed Sundays and major holidays!)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Exposure to outdoor weather, moving parts, and cleaning chemicals

All applicants must be at least 19 years old, and able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
