Essential Functions

• Resolving customer service concerns.
• Taking customer orders of Unlimited Memberships and selling them accurately and efficiently.
• Handling credit card transactions through kiosk.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by completing daily checklists and following safety guidelines.
• Supporting the car wash site manager with daily supervision and providing backup support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Cleaning and maintaining the car wash site and equipment.
• Assisting customers with questions about pricing, services, and the car wash process.
• Guiding customers into the car wash conveyor.
• Selling car wash services and unlimited memberships.
• Maintaining and stocking chemicals and equipment.
• Processing customer transactions.
• Ensuring safety on-site by following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Supporting the site manager with supervisory duties, including training new team members and completing necessary paperwork.
• Learning Ducky’s at Chevron Wash Core Values, Service Menu, and Unlimited Scripts before your first shift.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old, able to work weekends, holidays, and various hours.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., with occasional bending and twisting.
• Outdoor work with repetitive motions.

Travel

• Occasional travel between Chevron Stations Inc. locations.

Compensation Range: $20.75 per hour.
