Swift Wash is a modern, express car wash seeking hard-working and dependable Team Members to join our growing company. 1. Compensation of $18-$19/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
2. Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week, providing a consistent 40-hour workweek!
3. Manager who genuinely cares about your development and well-being.
4. No prior car wash experience needed – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all Team Members.
5. Interested in a career? We offer a clear path for motivated Team Members to advance from Attendant to Site Manager, with salary, health benefits, and paid time off!
6. All Team Members wash their cars for FREE!

Responsibilities:

1. Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
2. Maintaining a welcoming facility through general cleaning and organization.
3. Assisting customers at the pay stations with their selections and purchases.
4. Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system.
5. Assisting customers with club memberships at the POS system.
6. Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

1. Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, and contribute positively as a team member, executing tasks to high standards in the Swift Wash way.
2. Must be available to work any shift, any day of the week, including holidays.
3. Ability to frequently use maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care tools, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, and hand tools.
4. Ability to handle and use chemicals and cleaning supplies regularly.
5. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.) frequently.
6. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and in a loud environment.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license.
8. Must be 18 or older.
9. Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization.
