Hertz Local Edition in Parma Heights, OH is seeking a driven Car Wash Attendant. You will clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles, fuel where needed, and ensure safety and quality during wash and detailing processes.

The role requires available hours as per branch needs, a valid driver's license, and being at least 20 years old; compensation starts at $14.00 per hour plus monthly incentives, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare vehicles according to Vehicle Operations standard work procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections for cleanliness, damage, registration status, warning lights, and overall condition.
• Fuel vehicles and accurately update fuel and mileage information within company applications.
• Perform quadrant cleaning procedures to ensure all interior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
• Remove trash, identify and secure lost-and-found items, and follow contraband and weapon reporting procedures.
• Inspect tire condition, tread depth, and vehicle readiness before returning vehicles to service.
• Operate vehicles safely through fueling and wash processes while following all site safety protocols.
• Support odor treatment, detailing, and specialized cleaning activities when required.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness, replenish supplies, and complete end-of-shift responsibilities.
• Participate in daily huddles, safety discussions, and operational updates.

What You’ll Do:

Safety & Compliance Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety in all vehicle movement, cleaning, and workstation activities.
• Comply with all company policies, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage, hazards, safety concerns, and non-compliance issues.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and approved cleaning products.
• Follow proper procedures for handling fuel spills, chemicals, razor blades, and hazardous situations.
