Car Wash Attendant – Circle K

Tucson, Arizona 85711 – 1475 S Alvernon Way (Store 2709032)

Shift Availability: Flexible

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options.
• Standing at pay stations to assist customers.
• Fielding customer inquiries.
• Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Maintaining the car wash condition: removing garbage, sweeping, using pressure washer on wash bay.
• Performing other assigned duties.
• Reporting to work on time and conforming to dress and appearance code.

Duties Breakdown

70% Customer Interaction | 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) | 5% Opening/Closing Procedures | 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication, including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and recommend wash memberships.
• Teamwork ability.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Experience

• Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Working Environment

Perform job safely following standard operating procedures. This position works outdoors in an ambient noise level usually moderate to excessively loud, requiring PPE such as hearing, eye, foot, hand protection. OSHA safety guidelines and protocols apply.

Minimum supervision required; team member must perform responsibilities independently.
