Lead Detail Technician

Salary: $40,000+ potential including bonuses, or $15/hour plus performance bonuses paid weekly.

Primary Priorities and Responsibilities

• Perform basic car washing prep and vehicle detailing, take pride in your work
• Meet deadlines consistently

• Create a sense of urgency to increase processing capacity
• Keep workspaces clean throughout and at the end of each shift
• Remain flexible and stay on duty until work is completed
• Assist with additional tasks such as detailing and facilities maintenance as requested
