We are looking for hardworking individuals who value safety, enjoy teamwork, and maintain a positive attitude. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and able to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Job Expectations

Essential Functions

• Guide customers onto the conveyor using hand signals. Note: We do not wash, dry, or detail vehicles by hand.
• Sell Unlimited Memberships quickly (within 15-30 seconds) in a fast-paced setting.
• Learn Ducky’s at Chevron Wash Core Values and Service Menu thoroughly before your first shift. Compensation includes hourly pay for training time and bonuses for memberships sold.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally with customers and employees.
• Clean and maintain the car wash site and equipment.
• Assist customers with questions about pricing and services.
• Guide customers into the car wash tunnel.
• Promote additional services and memberships.
• Stock chemicals and equipment.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Ensure a safe environment at all times.

Skills and Experience

Must be at least 18 years old for California locations; 21+ for management roles.

Compensation Range
