Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant at our San Diego location. You will guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrub the fronts and backs of vehicles, assist guests with transactions, and keep the site clean to ensure a delightful guest experience.

The position requires physical work, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. We value reliability, teamwork, and a friendly, courteous attitude in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor and assist with vehicle loading

General Summary of Duties

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for guiding cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrubbing the fronts and backs of vehicles, assisting guests with transactions, and ensuring that the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience for our guests.

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Cleaning the tunnel and equipment.

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
