Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, perform light scrubbing, and help guests with transactions. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering a clean, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy site, standing for long shifts, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed. This non-exempt position reports to the General Manager and offers growth opportunities across our expanding locations.

Qualifications

• Work in changing environments.

• Guide cars onto the tunnel conveyor and assist guests with transactions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Lightly scrub the fronts and backs of vehicles as they pass through the wash.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company policies and procedures.
• Support teammates and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the General Manager.

General Summary of Duties:

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for guiding cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrubbing the fronts and backs of vehicles, assisting guests with transactions, and ensuring that the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience for our guests.

Reports to: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt

Physical Demands:

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Cleaning the tunnel and equipment.
