Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options.
2. Assist customers at pay stations and guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Report to work on time and adhere to dress code.

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages

• Customer Interaction: 70%
• Site Upkeep: 20%
• Opening/Closing Procedures: 5%
• Basic Troubleshooting: 5%

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient with computers and learning POS systems.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Experience

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work in outdoor conditions and wear PPE as required.

Working Environment

Outdoor car wash environment with moderate to loud noise levels, requiring adherence to safety protocols.

Supervision

Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
