• Greet customers courteously
• Scrub heavily soiled and hard-to-reach areas of vehicles, and pre-wash exterior areas of cars
• Perform periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order
• Clean the facility and ensure everything is organized and in its proper place
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding the car wash process
• Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to confirm their condition before washing
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in daily tasks
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans are emptied, and hoses are properly hung
• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure tasks are completed promptly for customers, the office, and teammates
