Circle K in Palmetto, FL is seeking a friendly Car Wash Attendant to greet customers, explain wash options, and process payments at the station. You’ll guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, keep the lot clean, and support daily operations with teamwork and a positive attitude.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales of memberships, and basic troubleshooting while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements in an outdoor car wash environment.

Qualifications

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
• Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:

70% Customer Interaction

20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)

5% Opening/Closing Procedures

5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
