Circle K in San Antonio, FL 33576 is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily car wash operations and step in for the Site Manager as needed. The role focuses on training, scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train new hires, manage opening/closing checklists, and guide the team in selling Fast Pass and other services. A strong retail leadership background is essential, with a commitment to safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in Big Box, auto industry, car wash or lube store is encouraged.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock vending items and manage inventory.
• Train new hires and lead opening/closing procedures.
• Train on Fast Pass sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Create effective employee schedules and supervise PM activities.
• Oversee car wash vacuum system operation and maintenance.
• Support monthly team meetings and supervise on-site supervisor courses.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending
• Effectively provide training to new hires
• Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.
• Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
• Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
• Able to create an effective schedule.
• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
• Experience with team building
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong work ethics and professional attitude

Experience

Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Working Environment

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

Supervision Received

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
