Job summary

Hertz Detroit is seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to keep our fleet in top shape and meet the Hertz Gold Clean Standard. The role is outdoors, customer-focused, and grounded in teamwork, with a starting wage of $16/hour plus monthly incentives based on performance.

You’ll perform prep checks, wash and detail vehicles, manage the lot, top off fluids, and adapt to all weather conditions while delivering a clean, professional rental experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Wage: $16/hour + monthly incentives, varies based on job performance
Hours: Must have the ability to work any hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
