Hello Car Wash in Dallas is seeking a part-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service at the car wash facility. You will greet customers, assist at kiosks and vacuum stations, and help direct vehicles through the wash with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant and competent attitude.
• Perform a visual inspection of the condition of each vehicle before sending them through the wash.
• Signal drivers to ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Prep exterior areas of vehicles before sending them through the wash.
• Assist customers at kiosk and vacuum stations.
• Carry out periodic preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment stays in proper working order.
• Help keep facilities clean and organized including tunnel, grounds, restrooms, lounge, and employee common areas.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures when carrying out any assigned tasks.
• With a sense of urgency, make sure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, the office, and fellow teammates.
• Assist the management team as needed.
• Ensure the best possible experience for all customers!
