Job summary

FriendShip - Amherst 227 is hiring a car wash attendant to greet customers, guide cars into the wash area, and perform routine checks of vehicles and equipment for safety and quality.

You will refill detergents and wax, operate and maintain the wash tunnel equipment, and keep the work area tidy. Enjoy weekly pay, flexible hours, and opportunities for promotion. This entry level role offers hands-on training and a cooperative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Must be observant and perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.
• Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and backroom to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly.
• Fill detergent and wax tanks, lubricate equipment, and replace spray jets and hoses as needed.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.

Hourly Pay Starting at $14.00! Base pay increases every 90 days during the first two years.
