Job summary

Let 'Er Buck Car Wash in Gillette, WY is seeking Car Wash Attendants to create a positive customer experience. You will pre-rinse exterior areas, clean the facility, assist customers, direct cars into the wash, and perform vehicle inspections before washing.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00 PM–8:30 PM. Base pay starts at $13/hour with a $5 per membership sold commission; many associates earn $500+ monthly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for wash by pre-rinsing exterior areas and maintain organization of the facility.
• Provide assistance to customers in all aspects of the car wash process and direct cars into the wash area with a positive attitude.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles to confirm condition before washing and ensure vacuums, trash cans, and hoses are properly managed.

Job description

TheCar Wash Attendants ensure a comprehensive, positive, customer experience. They prepare vehicles for the wash process by pre-rinsing exterior areas of cars; perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized; provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process; move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude; and they carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area. They also ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung and ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent Attention to Detail

Shifts: 7:00 AM -1:00 PM or 2:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

• $13 per hour plus $5.00 per membership sold. With some associates earning an additional $500+ each month in commission, the sky's the limit!
• Semi-monthly pay.

Requirements: Incumbents will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
