Job summary

Whistle Express is looking for an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, drive memberships, and keep the site running smoothly. This hands-on role is physical and fast-paced, with a structured 60-day certification program.

You will work at the Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, providing excellent service, managing member accounts, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support membership sign-ups and account management.
• Maintain clean, safe wash and surrounding areas and assist with vehicle prep.
• Assist with management of member accounts, changes, and renewals.
• On-site duties including opening/closing tasks and daily upkeep.
