Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude; assist with member sign-ups and account management; follow pricing and discount policies.
• Wash Station Service: Maintain a clean wash area; assist with vehicle prep and identifying preexisting conditions; operate wash equipment safely and communicate issues.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience; manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes; stock and organize detail centers.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct and uniform standards; perform opening/closing duties; clean and maintain the tunnel; prepare towels and materials.
