Mr. Magic Car Wash in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring a Car Wash Associate to greet guests, explain wash options, promote memberships, and guide customers from entry to exit with a smile.

You’ll process payments at the point of sale, help load vehicles, maintain a clean, welcoming site, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Evening and weekend availability is preferred; physical tasks include standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or membership sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid State ID
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Educate customers on wash packages and recommend the best fit for their needs.
• Guide customers through the entire wash process, from greeting to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Provide excellent service before, during, and after the wash to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process transactions at the point of sale.
• Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor and support operational flow in the tunnel.
• Maintain site cleanliness and appearance, including stocking towels and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect customers and teammates.
• Work closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in line with company values.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by site leadership.
• Physically able to stand, bend, walk, and lift at least 20lbs throughout your shift.
