Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Associate – Finisher to provide high-quality finishing on guest vehicles. Responsibilities include drying exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and cleaning glass, with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

If certified, you may move vehicles off the conveyor and assist across multiple car wash areas. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, staying on your feet through shifts, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve as Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality finishing services to guest vehicles.
• Dry vehicle exteriors and vacuum interiors.
• Clean glass and surfaces; maintain a clean work area.
• Greet guests politely and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Drive vehicles off the conveyor when certified to do so.
• Present vehicles to guests, confirm satisfaction, and thank them.
• Help maintain site appearance (lot, bathrooms, lobby, and landscaping).
• Notify management of safety, mechanical, cleanliness, or guest service issues.

Job Purpose:The Car Wash Associate – Finisher is responsible for delivering high-quality finishing services to guest vehicles. This includes hand-drying vehicle exteriors, vacuuming interiors, cleaning glass, and performing additional services with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
