Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff, focusing on engagement and recognition.
• Perform shift supervision and cover Site Manager duties when needed.
• Perform CSR, S1, S2 duties per company standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure customer inquiries and incidents are resolved promptly.
• Report incidents to Site Manager and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain facility safety and vehicle damage procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain open availability and ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager.
