Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Leader to recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Maintain site appearance and brand standards, ensuring safety.
• Oversee daily car wash operations and guest experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures; support local sales growth.
• Leverage software tools from Microsoft Office to POS to manage tasks.
