Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in car wash or service industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day car wash operations in support of the Site Manager.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating shifts to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist management to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Train and guide staff on delivering excellent customer service.
• Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Partner with Site Manager on employee performance and productivity.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
