Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Tucson seeks a Store Supervisor to act as manager when the Site Manager is unavailable and oversee daily operations at Store 2709019. You will train new hires, manage vending stocking, schedule staff, and support monthly team meetings while ensuring safety and service standards.

Three+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency are required. Competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.

• Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.

EXPERIENCE:

• Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
