To continue improving our customer experience and streamline scheduling operations, we are looking for an Entry-Level Car Wash Appointment Scheduling Assistant to join our remote support team. The Car Wash Appointment Scheduling Assistant is responsible for managing customer appointments, coordinating schedules, and assisting with daily communication between clients, teams, and management. This fully remote, entry-level position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys helping people, managing multiple tasks, and working in a structured, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound scheduling requests for car wash appointments and maintenance services.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments.
  • Manage and update the daily scheduling calendar to ensure efficient workflow and accurate time slot allocation.
  • Coordinate schedules between multiple car wash locations, teams, and technicians.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the scheduling or CRM system.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
  • Notify management of any scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or changes.
  • Assist in generating simple daily or weekly appointment reports.
  • Support the office and operations team with light administrative tasks when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling systems and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree or coursework in Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service is a plus.
