Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Lead to support the Midwest United States. The role covers North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

You will be the primary field-based contact for certified CARVYKTI treatment centers, improving site operations, coordinating order management and logistics, and driving site capacity expansion where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Successful site management; lead operational account management for CARVYKTI order/logistics.
• Expert guidance; act as subject matter expert for CAR-T operations and logistics.
• Cross-functional collaboration; align cross-functional partners via matrix calls with internal and alliance partners.
