Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, CAR-T Site Supply Chain Product Planner to lead short-term scheduling and end-to-end planning at our Cell Therapy Operations NJ manufacturing site.

You will develop and maintain supply plans, manage raw material transitions, and optimize schedules through data analysis while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve planning tools and implement new technologies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of biopharma production planning and GMP supply chain experience.
• Deep supply chain planning and scheduling expertise.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA, TGA regulations.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for equipment, media, raw materials, vector, and LN2.
• Manage raw material transition plans.
• Optimize schedules through data analysis.
• Oversee inventory reporting.
• Support product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Improve planning tools and processes, including technology integration.
