Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, End-to-End Commercial Supply Planner to lead and optimize global supply plans for API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods in a GMP environment.

You will partner with regional commercial supply chain leads, translate demand signals into actionable plans, and use SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to test scenarios, manage constraints, expiry risk, and MRSL requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience with BS/BA (or 8+ years with MA/MBA; or 5+ years with PharmD/PhD).
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment.
• Solid regulatory knowledge (pharmaceutical GMPs, ICH Q7A); strong communication, negotiation, organizational skills; ability to interact with senior management.
• Leadership: coach/manage teams; develop policies/procedures for supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional commercial supply chain leads to incorporate demand trends, market access changes, promotional campaigns, and product lifecycle events into global supply plans.
• Align demand signals into end-to-end supply plans across API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods to enable uninterrupted supply.
• Develop and execute compliant commercial supply plans using SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response; scenario test to manage demand changes, supply constraints, expiry risk, and MRSL requirements.
• Conduct API detailed planning (e.g., master data/part setup reviews, retest & expiry review, MoH, inventory health, shipping quantities/requirements, lot-level restrictions, SRM change analysis, budget volumes during LE).
• Optimize inventory positioning and support allocation decisions in constrained supply.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance; maintain visibility to supply risks/escalations; support change management.
• Track/report supply planning metrics and provide timely updates/escalations.
