Job description

Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory process to support strong omnichannel sales. Responsibilities include lot organization, reconditioning coordination, vehicle photography, and delivery management. The role involves checking in all incoming vehicles, triaging new inventory, collaborating with reconditioning vendors, and overseeing process efficiency. The specialist maintains internal inventory controls, works with the fleet team to sustain target inventory levels, and develops effective lot organization to streamline operations.

Key duties also include overseeing vehicle merchandising, creating visual displays, photographing eligible vehicles, ensuring proper photo uploads and online appearance, and managing the photo process through dashboards. The specialist conducts pre-photo inspections to meet Hertz reconditioning standards, coordinates with local teams to address vehicle defects, and supports lot organization to ensure timely vehicle delivery within SLAs.

Wage

$17.00/hour
