DARCARS is now hiring New/Used Car Sales Consultants to join our team at Fairfax.

Potential Earning of $100K+

As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving DARCARS' sales objectives. You will engage with customers both in person and virtually, collaborating with fellow Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based role.

In This Role, You Will

1. Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
2. Follow DARCARS approach to selling, including greeting customers, describing vehicle features, and following test drive procedures
3. Suggest optional equipment, warranties, and financing options
4. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration
5. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
6. Maintain knowledge of brands, products, and features
7. Develop and maintain customer follow-up systems
8. Participate in training and utilize digital retailing tools
9. Develop personal income goals and strategies in conjunction with management
10. Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
2. Multilingual abilities (Spanish and Chinese) are a plus
3. Customer service commitment
4. Comfort with video tools and virtual assistance
5. Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions and policies
6. Previous sales experience preferred but not required
7. Physical ability to perform job functions
8. Team player with flexible schedule availability
9. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
10. High school diploma or equivalent
11. At least 18 years old and able to pass background screening
