DARCARS 355 Toyota is hiring Car Sales Consultants to join our sales team!

No Experience Needed, We Provide Paid Training!

As a Car Sales Consultant, you are responsible for selling new or used cars, providing excellent customer service, and achieving DARCARS sales goals. You will interact directly with customers in person and virtually, as well as with sales team members and management. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based position.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with customers and employees
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish, Chinese) is a plus
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Comfortable using video tools like Facetime
  • Ability to read, understand instructions, and converse comfortably with customers
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Pass pre-employment background screening

In this role, you will:
