Job summary

Budget Rent A Car of Utah in Elko is seeking a customer-focused team member to support rentals and daily operations. You will greet customers, help with reservations, and ensure smooth pickup and drop-off experiences.

The role involves vehicle prep, inspections, and processing rental agreements while maintaining a clean, organized branch and fleet. Weekend availability and a valid US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with rental reservations, pickups, and returns.
• Review rental information, answer questions, and explain vehicle options and protection products.
• Complete vehicle condition inspections before and after each rental.
• Help prepare vehicles for the next customer, including light cleaning and staging.
• Accurately complete rental agreements, payments, and related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments to meet customer and operational needs.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient rental office and lot.
