Job summary

Baker Chevrolet GMC (Big Rapids) is seeking an entry-level customer service associate to support daily operations at our Big Rapids locations. You will shuttle customers, deliver parts, assist customers and help with their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner.

This full-time role includes benefits, training to advance within Baker Auto Group, and a pathway for growth. You must be 21+ and able to pass background and driving checks as part of our insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older due to insurance requirements.
• Able to pass a background check and motor vehicle driving check.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle customers between locations and vehicles.
• Deliver parts to customers and service bays.
• Assist customers at the counter and around the lot.
• Help with customers' vehicles as needed.

Job description

We are looking for an entry level person to handle many aspects of customer service at our Big Rapids locations. This will include but not limited to shuttling customers, delivering parts, assisting customers and helping with their vehicles. This position is Monday-Friday and is a full time position with benefits. Must be 21 years old or older due to our insurance requirements, and must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle driving check.
