Fox Maple Hill in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a full-time Porter to support our service operations. You will greet customers, move vehicles, and help maintain a clean, welcoming service drive.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable customer service as part of Fox Motors' commitment to an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid and insurable driver's license
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude as they arrive
• Answer customer questions by directing them to the right person or location
• Move vehicles from the service drive to the bullpen quickly and safely
• Move vehicles in and out of technician bays
• Run vehicles through the car wash
• Assist with exterior detailing and lot maintenance
• Hang customer keys in the designated location and assist with loaner vehicle check-ins
• Keep the service drive clean and clear - dirt, water, snow, etc.
• Maintain the customer lounge - clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Occasionally shuttle customers to their desired destination

Schedule

Monday: 7:45am-6:30pm
Tuesday-Friday: 7:45am-5:30pm
NO WEEKENDS!

Certification & License Requirements
