Job summary

Zekai is seeking contractors to record vehicle-navigation footage for training AI systems. Remote, flexible assignments, mobile 360° cameras, trailing third-person perspective.

You will select assignments, capture stable, high-quality video, export according to requirements, and may take additional optional recordings. Worldwide applicants accepted where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must own or have access to a compatible 360° camera (Insta360, GoPro MAX or similar).
• Ability to reframing and exporting 360° footage in trailing third-person view using suitable software.
• Secure vehicle-mounted setup preferred; mounting support may be available.

our partner is engaging 360° Vehicle Navigation Video Recorders equipped with cameras such as the Insta360 or GoPro MAX to contribute to a customer project by capturing immersive, high-quality vehicle-navigation footage. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

We are looking for individuals to record their vehicles navigating a variety of real-world environments from a trailing third-person perspective. Assignments may include driving on local roads, completing turns and stops, navigating intersections, entering parking areas, parking, and moving between different road or neighborhood environments.

This flexible contract opportunity can fit around trips or commutes you already make. If your planned route matches an available assignment and satisfies its recording requirements, you may claim the assignment and record it during that trip.

Those selected for this role may also choose to complete additional recording assignments that do not involve vehicle navigation. Participation in these assignments is entirely optional and based on individual interest and assignment availability.

Requirements

You must already own or have access to:

• A compatible 360° action camera, such as an Insta360, GoPro MAX, or comparable device.
• Software capable of reframing and exporting 360° footage in a trailing third-person view.
• A secure, vehicle-rated camera mounting system capable of producing the required exterior third-person perspective is strongly preferred. Limited equipment support may be available to qualified individuals who do not already own a compatible mount.

Ideal Applicants

• Understand camera mounting, stabilization, reframing, and video export.
• Drive regularly and can incorporate approved assignments into existing trips.
• Pay close attention to camera angle, video quality, and environmental coverage.
• Can independently verify footage before submission.

This is a 100% remote contract role, open to applicants worldwide in the countries the employer accepts.
