Job summary

Hertz-1 is seeking a diligent Lot Associate to manage vehicle flow and maintain inventory accuracy across the fleet system. You will ensure front-line readiness, correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates while keeping the sales lot neat and presentable.

Responsibilities include shuttling cars to vendors, supporting dealer trades, and assisting customers as needed. A valid driver's license, flexibility in scheduling, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed probationary period and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of cars and manage inventory with correct status in the fleet system.
• Ensure lot merchandising with proper pricing stickers, buyers guides and frame plates; keep the lot presentable.
• Shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades and pick up customers as needed.
• Maintain fuel log and file reports for the Location Manager.
