Best Buy is looking for a Car Electronics Installer (Autotech Agent) to install car electronics in the store’s installation bay and to share expert product recommendations with customers and staff.

You will complete trainings and certifications while advancing toward Autotech Agent Level 2. The role emphasizes helping customers with tech and automotive solutions and providing practical guidance in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Driving record that meets Best Buy’s safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Install car electronics, including remote starts, stereos, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units.
• Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
• Verify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
