Job summary

Carvana seeks entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at Market Hubs. The role requires teamwork, outdoor work, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

You will inspect vehicles, wash inventory, and coordinate with staff to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $15/hr with growth up to $16/hr, plus a structured merit program that increases pay every 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inspections including fuel level and safety features.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate with team members and management across the business.
