Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic ability to read and understand work orders and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to clean and detail vehicles to sale-ready standards.
• Learn and apply exterior and interior detailing techniques.
• Assess vehicles to determine if decals, writing, or plates need removing.
• Maintain high quality in vehicle presentation and shop operations.
• Use tools such as compressed air, heat guns, razor blades, screwdrivers, and vacuums.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required safety gear.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, meeting cleanliness standards.
• Support shop production flow during peak times and promotions.
• Assist with general shop tasks and teamwork across the department.
• Respect confidentiality of customer and company information.
