Splash Car Wash in Rogers, AR is hiring a detailer to deliver high-quality detailing services and provide a friendly, customer-focused experience. You will vacuum, wipe down, dry, and finish wheels and tires to our standards, while interacting professionally with customers.

No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay between $15 and $19, with tips, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Hardworking and detail-oriented, with an eye for cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30-50 lbs)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in detailing or the car wash industry is a plus but not required!
• Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
