Splash Car Wash is seeking a Detailer in Conway, AR to deliver high-quality vehicle detailing with a friendly, customer-first approach. No prior experience required as training is provided, and you’ll work in a fast-paced environment maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

You’ll vacuum, wipe, dry, and finish wheels and tires to meet our standards, interact with customers professionally, and contribute to a safe, organized work area while supporting team goals.

Qualifications: What You Bring to the Team

• Hardworking and detail-oriented, with an eye for cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30–50 lbs)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in detailing or the car wash industry is a plus but not required!
