Job description

As a Lot Attendant, you will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs. Position Details

• This is a part-time position
• PTO and paid holidays + your birthday as a holiday

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

Starting hourly rate of $15/hr with potential increases based on performance:

• Start: $15/hr
• At 3 Months: $15.25/hr
• At 6 Months: $15.50/hr
• At 9 Months: $15.75/hr
• At 12 Months: $16/hr

Opportunity for further increases through our Careers Not Jobs program, with merit increases every 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, or drivability issues
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Perform multi-point inspections, including safety and display of disclosures
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Adhere to attendance policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (desirable)
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Willing to use safety equipment as required
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities
