Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking Car Delivery Drivers for our Staten Island, NY store at 422 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310. You will deliver cookies and ice cream to our fans, providing friendly service as the main face of the brand.

Requirements include owning a bike in good working order, a smartphone with data, and eligibility to work in the United States. Pay is $18.00/hr plus tips, with paid vacation and sick time, flexible part-time schedules, and free cookies with every shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management to handle multiple deliveries.
• Strong organization for accurate order checks and routes.
• Familiarity with the 1-mile radius around the store is a plus.
• Must use Insomnia’s delivery app per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely, safe manner.
• Provide friendly customer service in person and by phone.
• Provide accurate status updates using the delivery app.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Car Delivery Drivers for our newly opening Staten Island, NY store located at 422 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310! As a Delivery Driver, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase, in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own bike in working order
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
